P229 Polylso Release
Stoner® P229 PolyIso™ Release is an extremely cost effective concentrated silicone and water emulsion that has proven to easily release polymer concrete, centrifugal cast FRP, and male or female molded non gel coated polyester or epoxy based composites that do not require any post painting.

Uses
Stoner® P229 PolyIsoTM Release is recommended for molding these materials:
Product Description
The diluted product can be applied by spray (garden sprayer, pressure pot with HVLP, airless), or by saturating a rag and wiping on the surface. Apply a light coat. DO NOT wipe off. After the water has evaporated, molding can commence.
Cleaning: Excess Stoner® P229 can be removed by wiping
off a warm tool or with a solvent based mold cleaner such as
®® Stoner A497 Non-Flammable Cleaner or Stoner B510
Polyoff.
Storage and Handling
Refer to MSDS for complete safety instructions. Use with adequate ventilation. Breathing vapors should be avoided. If spraying, care should be taken to avoid inhaling mist or vapors, just as sprayed paint inhalation should be avoided.

Direction for Use
Stoner® P229 PolyIsoTM Release as supplied is a 50% concentration of a modi ed silicone and water. The recommended dilution ratio is 1 part of Stoner® P229 to 4 parts of water. Stir aggressively after dilution. Modify the dilution rate to suit your particular requirements. Only mix a quantity adequate to provide a 2-week supply.
