TraSys® 4000 RotoFlowTM is a mold coating that facilitates the flow of polyolefin and nylon resin into hard-to-fi ll areas of rotational molds. RotoFlow helps fi ll in voids around
inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities. RotoFlowTM removes pinholes on the surface of rotomolded polyolefin and nylon parts. It reduces bridging, thinning,blowholes, and static lines.

Direction for Use
Shake the can until you hear the ball inside break loose and rattle. Repeat shaking after each application. Ensure that the internal mold surface is clean and free of foreign materials. For best results, mold temperature should be at least 110° F (43° C).
Recommended Procedure
Hold the can 8 to 12 inches away and spray directly onto the internal mold surface, in the hard-to-form, problematic areas of the molded part. Warmer mold surfaces will allow the solvents in RotoFlow to dissipate before loading your resin material charge. To prevent

premature erosion of RotoFlow on the mold surface, slow your machine’s arm speed during the oven preheating phase.
